Soo cute! Surprisingly a lot of asian restaraunts in this small plaza, turn in right before you see McDonald's, past the business looking buildings. Not that much parking. We luckily got in right before the rush. Because the place is small, the waiters are super attentive. My eyes tend to wander and accidently made eye contact and they immediately came lolol. Tried the pad thai- not too sweet, decent portion. Chicken okay, not dry. Fried well but not wok hei. Got the papaya salad myself- less pungent and more lemon mix. Its good for a western palate, they do have a lao version too. Not spicy at all [ they did have individually wrapped chilis if you ask) ]. The papaya was a nice crunch and tender, with some vinegar flavor. I liked the sweetness of the green beans. Wish it had more peanuts hehe. Mango sticky rice- great flavor and mangos were perfect ( in season) not overly ripe or spur. Only thing was the sticky rice was long grain. But quite pretty. Overall the prices are a little cheaper than other Thai restaraunts in the area, very attentive staff ( Square cc system with 18% base tip), and portions are decent. Limited seating both inside and outside so it will fill up fast with not much space to wait ( there is a boba shop in the same plaza), but turnover seemed okay.

PERFECT LUNCH ! After doing some grocery shopping in Newport Beach we headed straight over here for lunch...first choice ! It was close to 2pm when we arrived...it was packed out inside and on the patio. I put our name down on the wait list at the front door but seriously we never wait long for a table. Within a minute we had a table.....the lovely staff always look after us. HUNGRY ! We said hi to Im, Polly and Jan who all gave us big smiles. Jan dropped off a couple of large iced waters and soon after Polly came by to take our lunch order. We asked for 4 Appetizers....Chicken Satay, Shrimp Rolls, Potsticker and Egg Rolls. FAST SERVICE ! Everything was on our table within 15 minutes and looked fabulous. And we cleaned up our plates big time.....good food goes down easily and fast. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG HERE ! NOTE - Of course with 20 million views of my Yelp reviews and pics world wide in 2023 I can tell you what is great !

Came here to Siam station last night . There was no wait if you wanted to be seated in the first available seating. We were a party of 2, and we chose to sit outside. There's both inside and outside seating available. The menu offers a lot of variety and has some interesting options. I found it a bit odd that for the pad see ew didn't come with a built in option of either tofu or chicken? Usually it comes with either option and if you want to upgrade you pay extra. For either tofu or chicken we had to add $3 , so beware of that! We ended up ordering the Pad See Ew, with tofu and the Khao Soi with chicken. The food was delicious and didn't take too long to come out. I really enjoyed our food, and would come back again to try more items off their menu.

Coming here for a late late lunch on a early summer Sunday, we missed the last seating in the dining room. I was a bit sad we could not seat in the dining room. It was cool and well lit. However it didn't occupy that many people. The restaurant is on the smaller side. Plus they were closing for the afternoon. But they were nice enough to allow us to order to go and sit on their patio and eat. We had the drunken noodles and pad thai; both with tofu. I'd recommend getting the dishes with the crispy fried tofu. It keeps you cooler on hot days than meat. Both were delicious and you could taste the different flavors. The drunken noodles we got spicy. Most people should be able to handle it. I really enjoyed the food. Next time we're going to try the catfish curry!

Tried Siam Station today because we were craving thai food and it was amazing! Kind of ordered with my eyes but thats alright because the food was so good. I've never had khao soi so I wanted to try it and wow was it good. The creaminess, a hint of spice, paired perfectly with the egg noodles is something to die for. Their pineapple fried rice is one for the books! So flavorful!!!! We were so stuffed but it was just so good I kept thinking about it. Definitely recommend if you're in the area because while you wait theres JamJam tea house next door!! :3

Another great Thai spot! It's pretty popular though and not a lot of seating so if you're planning on coming, I'd factor in some wait time or get there earlier non-peak times. I had the crispy pork pad see ew which was tasty. The papaya salad was just okay but the curries were good. Since it's a small place inside, I guess they tend to prefer reserving one side of the restaurant for 2 seaters which we had a group of 4. I guess they stick the 3+ parties on the other side at this awkwardly positioned table that's more like a 3-sided bar table so you're not quite able to look directly at your peeps. We insisted on sitting on the other side and pushing two tables together which eventually they did but I just thought it was weird that they'd not initially want to really do that if there's space.

tl,dr: Pleasant stop for some Thai food. Likes: + The Yen Ta Fo comes in bright red broth. A nice appeal to your friends. + The crispy pork add-on is yummy cuz it's crunchy and fatty. Non-likes: - Despite the bright red color, the Yen Ta Fo was almost flavorless to me. Had to ask for spice to spice things up. - Too many noodles for the low amount of protein. My bowl had a few shrimps but many noodles. - Turns out, the $3 Crispy Pork add-on is not actually meaty. It's just pork skin. I need more protein. It's flavorful cuz it's fatty, but I think those slices of pork are worth closer to $2. Neutral: . ok amount of seating. I had: $16 Yen Ta Fo + $3 Crispy Pork = $19 (excluding tax)

We were planning to go try another Thai restaurant in the area. Due to over an hour of waiting time, we decided to try this restaurant instead. It was the best decision of the day! Everything we ordered was excellent! My favorite is Khao Soi! Can't believe I haven't ordered this dish in the past at different Thai restaurants. If you like flavorful, spicy, creamy coconut and noodle soup, this is a must try. It's a busy and well-managed small restaurant with good service. I wouldn't recommend this place for big group though. In short, I put this restaurant at the top of my Thai restaurant list after this meal. (I am still thinking about Khao Soi) Good job! Siam Station. Keep up the good work.

Great Thai food with authentic consumers and staff. It feels like I'm getting served food made by hands that knows how to work a coconut milk and basil. Eggplant and bell peppers was a little bit greasy but so flavorful. Whatever your protein is is just going to add to the dish. The egg rolls are fried to a shattering crisp in the thinnest ways while maintaining the meatiest bites. Filled with potatoes and other little veggies, with a sauce that doesn't carry easy but does coat the roll proper with a few tosses and turns. Add some hot sauce to enhance the flavor. Pad Thai was filled with chunky scallions and the tofu (if that's what you chose) are so juicy and taste of light marinate. What I would maybe wish for for maximum wow-factor is adding bigger chunks of eggs. Like fried rice one finds joy and hunger in generous visible eggs. But still so good. They do have a Dirty Thai Tea which comes without half and half/milk/cream but does make up for it with a shot of whatever they put in there. Very much a hole-in-the-ply wall nestled in the middle of a strange little plaza. Maybe a short wait on the weekends during 'Feed Me Hours' but at least there's a menu of sandwiches in the window next door. Not a whole lot of seating but food and people move fast. Staff are always running around getting the job done. But they're all very friendly when eye contact is made.
